FertiSoil 4-10-2 | Technical Data sheet
The animal-based organo-mineral fertiliser FertiSoil 4-10-2 offers organic matter and essential nutrients for soil microorganisms, fostering a thriving soil ecosystem. Rich in macro- and micronutrients, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, and boron, these nutrients are gradually released throughout the growing season.
Phosphorus supports energy transfer and early root development, while nitrogen enhances overall growth and potassium boosts disease resistance and fruit quality. Calcium strengthens cell structures, iron aids chlorophyll formation, and manganese supports enzymatic processes. Zinc and boron are essential for various metabolic functions.
Specifically formulated with increased phosphorus, FertiSoil 4-10-2 is ideal for early cultivation, benefiting young plants and phosphate-fixing soils. The synergy of humic and fulvic acids improves nutrient uptake, with humic acids binding nutrients and fulvic acids mobilizing them to the roots. High organic matter content enhances water retention, ensuring consistent moisture and supporting sustainable plant growth.
Benefits
- Balanced macro- and micronutrients during the crop cycle
- Contains humic and fulvic acids
- Organic matter improves water holding capacity of the soil
General Advice
For annual plants, apply before sowing or planting, for perennial crops apply at start of growing season. Apply the fertiliser once a year and mix the fertiliser with the top layer of the soil. If application before planting isn't possible, apply before rain or irrigate afterwards. When fertilising trees, distribute the fertiliser over the root area, ideally mixing it into the soil. For wider coverage, spread applications as needed. This user-friendly fertiliser can be easily applied in the field by hand or with a spreader. Spread applications if necessary.
General application
The product can be used in combination with all Den Ouden GrowSolutions fertilisers, bacterial products and mycorrhiza products.

Application advice
Berry, Strawberry open field
These product application rates are recommendations. The dosage depends on local soil & weather conditions. Recommended rates are for full production
For tree/shrub/plant in development stage or without production, rates can be lowered. Above rates are advised on a complementary based
fertilisation. In most of the times extra nutrients should be applied depending on soil analysis or crop stage. We recommend to the farmers to seek counsel
from their adviser to adjust the recommendations to their particular situation and avoid over- or underfertilisation.
